My new Louboutin debut

I just got these Christian Louboutin Highness Leopard Print 160mm Pumps last week and I'm so in love with them :). I got a chance to wear them to my friend Crystal's birthday party this past Saturday at Katra in NYC. I paired them with a blue Alexander Mcqueen dress.

These 6 inch badboys are stunners in person and what's even cooler is that they change colors depending on how the light hits them...Here are a few pics from that night...

I had a great time by the way and these shoes were super comfy until hour 2 lol

Valentine's Day

(Dress by Mystique, Shoes by Christian Louboutin)

Hey guys,

I hope you all had a fabulous Valentine's day. I had a good one but honestly, it seemed just like a regular night with the boyfriend for me. He got a suite for us at the W Hotel on Madison and when I got there, there was a dozen beautiful red roses waiting for me on the bed (I love flowers...like, alot!). We then went to our usual place, Philippe's on 60th where we had dinner downstairs in one of the private tv rooms. The funniest thing ever though was that sitting right next to us was the rapper Waka Flocka Flame on one side (he was alone) and some Pro Basketball Player (I don't watch basketball and only know like the main guys like Kobe, Lebron, etc but he and my bf knew each other *shrug*) and his date. After dinner, we hit up our other usual spot, Suite 55 and smoked hookahs and drank all night. We then took a romantic stroll back to our hotel and concluded our night. The next day he took me shopping and we hit up Diesel and Saks. I ended up getting these 2 shoes from Diesel:

We Ally by Diesel

Brikky by Diesel (I really needed a pedicure, don't judge me lol)

I picked up some jeans, a dress and a top from Saks but I will post them when I'm doing one of my "looks of the Day". Anyways, I did have a nice time and the bf loved his gifts also (I always make him a basket full of stuff that he likes and that will put a smile on huis face) but like I said, being with him is like Valentine's Day everyday because this is what we do on any given night. Anyways I hope you all had a fun night too :)

Michelle Obama's Fabulous Inauguration Looks

If you were like me, yesterday you were completely glued to the TV watching all the fabulousness that was President Obama's 2nd inauguration. From the moment I woke up until I went to bed, I was hooked (Ok, I did run a few errands and stuff throughout the day but you get my drift). Even though this was the President's day and it was beyond historic, I along with millions of Americans, was focused on mainly one thing....Michelle's wardrobe. And as usual, our First Lady didn't disappoint. Here is a rundown of her looks for this wonderful occasion.

Rocking a white Alexander Mcqueen Top and black pants at the Kid's Inaugural Concert.

Re-wearing her Michael Kors sequins dress (she wore it in 2009) to the Inaugural Reception.

Wearing a navy blue Reed Krakoff Dress for the President's swearing in.

Sporting a sophisticated blue Thom Browne coat, bejeweled J. Crew belt, J.Crew gloves, Cathy Waterman earrings and Reed Krakoff boots (she had on J. Crew shoes earlier at St. John's Church).

And under that beautiful coat was this Thom brown dress.

Looking red hot last night in Jason Wu!

Wearing a white beaded sheath dress and matching coat by Naeem Khan for today's prayer service.

Well done Mrs. Obama, well done!

Mini Vaca to Miami

Last week the bf and I went on a little getaway to miami. We stayed at the luxurious Hotel Beaux Arts (I love that place...I will be doing a full review in a few days about it since I've stayed several times already) and had a great time as usual. During the day, we shopped and just took it easy and at night we clubbed at places like Mansion and Cameo and had dinner at a few of my favorite places such as Joe's Snow Crab and Philippe. All in all I don't really consider Miami a "vacation destination" since I go there so much but its always great just to get away for a few days without a care in the world :)
